After a LARGE increase in popularity of our? aqua fitness, Worcester Fitness is very excited to announce a new aqua class to our fitness schedule.? On Mondays and Fridays at 11:30 -12:15 we will be offering an aqua boot camp. This 45 minute class will consist of? aerobics and plyometric drills. Strength training using bands,bells,balls and boards and core conditioning? will also be incorporated into this workout. As always we encourage members? of any fitness level to come to this class.
At this time, I would like to say thank you to all our members who have supported our aqua fitness classes over the years. I have been teaching here for almost 15 years and have enjoyed watching the program grow and grow and grow!? If it wasn?t for your support, the program would not be where it is today!? THANK YOU again.? See you at the pool.
